HERE’S THE “ #CAKE” RECIPE: - 2 packets @blueharborfishco (one salted, one unsalted)
- 2 Tbs #zucchini, diced
- 1.5 Tbs #fennel, diced - 1 Tsp #avocado oil
- 1.5 Tsp clam juice - 2 Tbs #tomato paste
- 1/4 Cup #onion, diced - 1/4 Tsp #garlic powder - 3 #anchovies, diced - pepper to taste .
To quickly get these cakes in your mouth... You can #airfry them (flipping once midway through the cooking process) for 25 minutes OR, you can #panfry in avocado oil for 7 minutes per side! 🐟🥫🌱
