Dancing is not only one of my passions, but also my therapy. Ever since my mom passed away, dancing has helped me ease the pain just little bit. And everytime I dance, I dance in her name. Because I know how much she loved to see me dance and smiling. She would want me to continue doing that because that will make her happy. My mom LOVEDDDD to dance, she was always the first one on the dance floor 😂🙈 But she had skills let me tell you and a lot of rhythm. I got it from my mama 🤗
Not gonna lie sometimes it’s hard, but God and her give me the strength to pull through those 3 or 4 minutes I am dancing.
I have not seeked any professional help at all throughout my grieving process, my professional help and therapy is dancing. Maybe one day I may need to seek someone professionally that can help me, but for now I’m good.
Mom!! I know you hear me and see me. I will do my best to keep doing you proud!! I miss you with all my heart and soul!! You were my favorite dance partner!!
