So, the doctor said “you can start training again” and so i fucking did. I did destroying them with two circuits, the first of front squats, leg extensions and calf raises (20 reps); the second of static lunges and sissy squats. 4 sets no rest. After that, i started with my upper body. First, 5 sets, reps till failure of: seated lat raises, shoulder dmbel presses, incline dmbel chest press, flat dmbel flyes. Then, a powerlifting sort of set, 4 sets, AMRAP with as much weight as possible: flat bench press, machine shoulder press, peckdeck. I felt good. Specially because with dumbbells, my weight was on the max sets, 52 lbs on shoulder and chest presses. And on the flat bench i managed to do 3 reps, with 160lbs plus the barbell. So... im happy with that.
