Live in the now
One of the most common reasons for anxiety is that we tend to worry too much about the future, about what might happen (or might not happen) next. Know that the "future" is just an illusion, something that still doesn't exist - unless you believe that time travelling is possible, but that's a whole other topic.
Why worry about something that hasn't happened yet, and that might not even happen? Is worrying going to change the course of things? Is it going to make everything better? The answer is no. Live in the now, as you'll never live in the "future". You will only ever experience the present moment. Make the best of it. Know that whatever has to happen will eventually happen, whether you stress about it or not
