1. Lift weights 2-3 x per week.
2. Walk daily 45+ minutes (this can include work)
3. Do 10 minutes of high intensity intervals 2-3 x per week.
4. Eat a variety of fruits and vegetables or at least drink your greens.
5. Sleep 7-9 hours per night
6. Drink 90-130oz of water.
7. Laugh a few times a day (more is better)
8. Help others daily.
9. Meditate, stretch, and foam roll daily. (Download a meditation app to learn)
10. Read things which teach you the things you don't know and will raise your level of mindset and expertise!
