On the left was a guy who made poor decisions and had little self control. I weighed in at 223 lbs and felt like complete crap.
The picture on the right was taken today. 40 lbs lighter weighing in at 183 lbs and feeling the best I’ve ever felt.
It’s officially been 6 months since I decided to change my life.
It’s been 6 months of making healthy choices and changing bad habits.
There were many days I didn’t want to eat right, get up early, or put in time at the gym.
I pushed through it and made it happen.
It’s not easy.
If it was, everyone would do it.
But, I’m here to tell you...
If you want change bad enough, you will make it happen. I often feel embarrassed by the version of me on the left. It’s even tough to post that picture now. But, I’m also grateful that I can constantly use it as motivation.
Nothing is impossible.
It just takes dedication and focus.
It took me time to find my groove and figure out a lifestyle that worked for me and my hectic life.
So, I’m always happy to answer questions and help others along their journey.
