I’ve been getting lots of questions about what oils can help support kids struggling with back to school. There are so many great oils and this list is definitely not all inclusive s but it gives some ideas for diffuser blends you can use to help support your child. Whether it’s stress, focus, or maybe they need a little extra help getting up in the morning, there’s a blend here for anyone.
Keep in mind that these blends are for diffusing, but you can also make a roller ball with any of them. Generally speaking, for kids in elementary to middle school, 5-15 drops and those in high school 15-25 drops EŌ in a 10ml roller, then top with a carrier Oil such as fractionated coconut oil (FCO). Always use your best judgement. Less Oil more frequently is better than more Oil at any one time.
