since I've come to the ashram @rishikeshyogis, I feel like I have an eternal melody playing within me. I feel like playing the guitar and singing in each moment outside of class. singing mantras and medicine songs fills me with so much joy, contentment and connection with nature, spirit. it is one of the ways I pratice gratitude for all the blessings that life offers 🌱🙏🌞 it has become pure meditation. it allows me to travel into a magical space of healing where I can let go of all judgement, time and leave my mind behind.
Bhakti Yoga is the yoga of devotion, the feeling of Oneness with Supreme Conscious, with the ocean of eternal love. words are too limited to express what bhakti is, it needs to be felt, realized directly through our own, personal experience. to find that union with the divine,
we need to discover for ourselves what we can surrender and devote ourselves to entirely.
that Guru (one who dispels the darkness through light) doesn't have to be human, it can take any form. my guru is Mother Nature. She is my eternal beloved and I keep on falling in blissful love, admiration and awe over and over again. she is everywhere, omnipresent in each particle. in each leaf, cloud, breeze, drop, rock, being and in each of us. 🌱🌳🌺💫
if we are willing to fully surrender, it helps to channel emotions in a healing way, opening our hearts to the Divine Love within all of us, allowing our hearts to heal and connecting us with the Divine.
once I get into it, I just want to keep on going because the feeling is so elevating and fulfilling, being directly connected with that infinite spring of unconditional love ❤💫. "May the love we share here
Spread its wings
Fly across the earth
And sing its song to every soul
That is alive
May the blessings of the universe
Shine on everyone
And may we all see the light
The light within" - Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu 🙏
