Thank heavens for the Crock Pot!⁣ Amiright???🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼⁣ ⁣ We’re back in Charleston after hurricane evacuation. The Piggly Wiggly was bare. I have for real never seen such a sad selection of groceries🙈 Lucky for me they had 2 packages of ground turkey on the shelf & I ALWAYS keep canned beans and veggies in my pantry! Before work I threw everything in the magical Crock Pot, turned it on & voila! Dinner and lunches for the next few days, DONE👏🏻⁣ ⁣ Eating healthy doesn’t need to be hard! I definitely love fresh produce. But depending on the week, I use tons of frozen, canned and packaged produce to make my life easier! ⁣ ⁣ Give me more crock pot recipes, y’all! The little one cut my head off when I asked her to take a picture the other day but I love it because Sullie randomly jumped up on me and knocked me out of my pose. ❤️ also shoutout to my pup trying to save me by licking me to death this morning. I'm back at my workouts after missing 3 days. One of those days was one of my rest days, but I missed the other two due to being very stressed and anxious. Normally I like to workout when I'm feeling that way, but this weekend felt very overwhelming and if I had of added a workout into the mix I'm pretty sure I would have broken down. Taking those days also allowed me to spend some quality time with my husband whom I barely saw last week. So, for me those days were a bit of self-care, and I see exercise as self-care too, but sometimes we need certain types of self-care. This morning exercise has reminded me just how energizing exercising can be, and just how much it helps me get into a good headspace and overall just feel good! It’s been rough these past few days. Keylo has had cluster seziures since Friday. He had a total of 17 seizures between Friday-Sunday morning. He’s been one day clear of them, however he’s not fully recovered. This was my before//after the very first time I actually *committed* to doing a 3-week fitness program (I thought I'd reshare since my hair is getting back to this fabulous pink😄👉 no your hair does not turn pink when you complete a program) . . It's what keeps us going through both successes and failures and keeps your compass pointed toward your big vision no matter where the path actually takes you. . . You're learning through your experience. You may feel at times it's too much work-- it's not, it's the most important work you will ever do. 5 years ago, Michael and I were in Colorado for a music festival. We ended up skipping it to go explore Colorado. We just drove, and randomly found this waterfall off the side of the road up a mountain. We decided to try to head back to the same area on our trip last week, and we remembered that he had saved the location in his old GPS the first time we came! We got to go back to the exact spot AND take Lily. So so so neat. I’ve shared a picture very similar to this one many times because I love it so much, now I have one with our little babe in it. ❤️
