We really appreciate all the support from everyone who follows us on our training adventures and celebrates the progress of each dog with us. There seems to be some confusion concerning a few subjects, which we would like to address.
First of all, Deaf Boy is 100% deaf. He’s been checked by a vet and they determined that he can’t hear at all.
Second, Deaf Boy is NOT being considered, nor ever will be, for Service Dog Work due to him being Deaf. We’ve already turned down someone who insisted they wanted to train Deaf Boy as a Service Dog.
Third, Legendary Service Dogs offers Obedience Training, Customized Training, and Service Dog Training. When a dog is being trained for Service Dog Work and is considered In Training you’ll see SDIT after their name which stands for Service Dog In Training.
Fourth, our involvement with the Dogo Argentino litter has been to help each of the puppies become better prepared to go into their new homes, learn basic manners and obedience, along with other important life skills.
Our goal is to help dogs and owners build a stronger relationship together and to help each dog unleash their true potential!
