Three easy healthy things you can start doing to today!
1. Drink more water. Our bodies often confuse thirst for hunger. Water makes you feel full.
2. Substitute veggies like cut carrot, pea pods, broccoli🥦 for your snack once a day.
3. Write down your health goals and start planning an easy morning routine, a few things you can do to give the day a healthy start.
Want to have a life and be proud of your health too? Me too! I knew I wanted to feel good and be proud of my health. I was shy to try to have this “perfect health coach lifestyle” because I was afraid of giving up everything I deemed unhealthy and being hungry. Which would be cocktails with friends, peanut butter, mayo, chocolate. You know, yummy stuff.
So, I started a routine and did some major moderation. I exercised every morning, followed a simple eating plan, checked in with a group of like minded individuals and did not waver. What the dedication to this routine brought me was consistent results. I am waaay more toned, proud and happy🎉 as a result! AND I still have a glass of wine with friends.
My last nutrition group ended today. We start up Feb 4th. I am so proud of these ladies! There was major weight loss, yippee💃 and everyone reported a significant increase in their overall strength, “I actually have biceps!” was reported from the crew. Way to go!
