I enjoy making healthy, delish recipes from the holistic health and nutrition program I’ve recently joined called The Healthstyle Emporium. I love that the recipes are simple with nutritious ingredients! It’s also nice when everyone in the family approves😬! Here is the recipe:
Ingredients: 💚1/2 cup of plain coconut water (can add or substitute unsweetened almond milk) 💚2 frozen ripe bananas, previously peeled and sliced 💚1 cup chopped mango (frozen or fresh) 💚2 cups spinach or kale 💚1/2 avocado, sliced
Make sure you have a strong, powerful blender. Add all of the ingredients to the blender in the order listed. Blend on high for at least 3 minutes or until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed. Add more of the coconut water or unsweetened almond milk if it’s too thick...cheers!
