Slayed am fasted core and force training like a boss hunting that morning adrenaline rush!
Then we move on to
Killin time counting down the minutes with these 4 kids under 6 as we waited for the morning big ol' bus... My mini kid caught me in a daze as I was counting down the final days of "southern summer" ahhhh opening day right around the corner what a way to welcome yourself back home after a long northern summer back hometown midwest!
Before hunting season opens tho I have a #momMEtime fishing trip in the works 🤞 .
Hunting or fishing is a lot like everything else. Learning safety, patience, skill from practice and most of all learn how to get dirty to provide something for yourself. .
Back north many disagree with how my life Is going or how my kids are being raised... its OUR happily ever after in the build, not theirs. Our happy place is in the woods or on a river bank ... my babies thrive those same feelings and one day they will have their forever home with their own woods between the mountains.... ya see it's a process (patience these years to build for it after a cross country move reset) #worthit
"A hunt based only on the trophies taken falls far short of what the ultimate goal should be.” -Fred Bear
A bad day of hunting is still a good experience all around that beats any paid day of work! It's not about what you bring home .... it's the life lessons and what you learn about yourself to GET there. Stressing constantly of NEEDING THAT AFTER HAUL is going to cause you to lost sight of opportunity and chance to get it.
Same aspect in health and fitness.... it's not about WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE it should ultimately be how you FEEL LIKE and everything else follow in pursuit. Focusing just on what you want to look like or a specific never correct gravity pulling number on a scale isn't permanent or long lasting..... and will stress you into a tunnel flustered fuck prohibiting your energy and opportunity NOW. You already lose. .
Bad days of imperfect macros same aspect... you learn. you track . you see for yourself! Even if not perfect... you took the time to track and see how far a binge or overage is in your goals for yourself! New habits form
