Just Finished up another great session. I started heavy with this very rare super incline hammer strength press I have at my new location. I was able to maintain 8-10 reps with 2 plates so I know I’m getting stronger and its time to start adding again. I did a variety of work including 3 different presses a fly and I finished with dips. Sometimes emotions just sneak up on you.
