After trolling through my phone, I realized I didn't post my March 1st update. Need to hold myself accountable so better late than never. Feb was a rough month in terms of focus. My mind has been everywhere except where it should be and I'm not sure why. No matter how I try, I just can't get my brain to engage with things that I need to do. Not an excuse but where my head is currently living. I'm trying to read more articles that aren't directly work related or health related to see if I can get some spark back.
Because my mind has been a clutter, my nutrition has also been a clutter. I can stick to a workout like a boss, however, food is my ultimate weakness. While Feb showed some gains that I wasn't expecting, looking at these photos, I am feeling much better about them. I am still defining my muscles and they are developing stronger than I ever imagined. That being said, I am focusing one day at a time on my nutrition. Take each new day as a win or loss, don't dwell, and work to get better.
