No bake dark chocolate coconut cream bars by @goodful. Makes 16 servings 🍫 --- 🍵 Millions of people are now drinking a secret "Red" Tea to melt tummy fat overnight! 👉 Find out the secret recipe in my profile @veganfood4u_ --- Coconut cream layer: 4 cups shredded coconut, unsweetened ½ cup coconut cream ⅓ cup maple syrup 1 pinch salt, optional Chocolate layer: 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips ⅓ cup coconut cream Topping: Unsweetened shredded coconut . Steps: Combine shredded coconut, coconut cream, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt to a food processor and blend until mixture becomes easily moldable. You may have to press down the mixture and reblend a few times for this to happen. Pour mixture into an 8x8-inch (20x20-cm) pan lined with parchment or wax paper. Press down firmly with a rubber spatula and smooth mixture into an even layer. Freeze for 30 minutes. Prepare chocolate layer by combining dark chocolate chips and coconut cream in a bowl. Microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring mixture thoroughly in between. Pour chocolate mixture on top of the coconut cream layer and spread into an even layer with a rubber spatula. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top. Freeze for 1 hour, or until chocolate layer has set. VEGAN healthy, gooey, fudgy no-bake brownies with only 6 ingredients 🤤🍫 Created by the ever talented @elavegan ❤️ Also they’re high in protein for anyone wanting to make those vegan gains 🍑 I add my Vegan Chocolate Pea Protein Powder for extra punch 💪😝⠀ ⠀ Ingredients ~⠀ Wet ingredients:⠀ 3/4 cup dates (very soft and moist ones) *see recipe notes) (130 g)⠀ 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean⠀ Dry ingredients:⠀ 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp flax seeds (65 g)⠀ 1/4 cup + 1 heaped tbsp cocoa powder or raw cacao powder (30 g)⠀ 4 tbsp powdered peanut butter or almond flour (ground almonds) (32 g)⠀ Pinch of salt⠀ Low-fat chocolate glaze:⠀ 1/4 cup maple syrup or raw agave syrup (80 g)⠀ 3 tbsp powdered peanut butter (24 g) *see recipe notes⠀ 3 tbsp cocoa powder (18 g)⠀ ⠀ Instructions ~ ⠀ Grind the flax seeds in a coffee grinder (or food processor) until they turn into a powder. You can also use 65 g of store-bought GROUND flax seeds but make sure the flax meal is fresh⠀ ⠀ Mix all dry ingredients in your food processor, then add the dates and vanilla extract and process until the dough sticks together when you press it between your fingers. It might take a while until the dough comes together. If it's still too dry after some minutes add a few additional dates or a little bit of maple syrup or raw agave syrup. Your dates should be very soft and juicy. If they aren't moist soak them in water until they are soft⠀ ⠀ Line a 5-inch square baking pan (double the recipe if you have an 8-inch or 9-inch baking pan) with parchment paper and leave about a 2-inch overhang on both sides. Grease the paper with a little bit of oil⠀ ⠀ Transfer the brownie dough to the pan and press it down firmly⠀ ⠀ To make the glaze, just combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix everything together with a whisk⠀ ⠀ Pour the glaze over the brownie dough and put the pan into the freezer for about 1 hour to set⠀ ⠀ Cut into 16 equal brownie bites and enjoy! Store leftovers of your healthy no bake brownies in the fridge or freezer⠀ ⠀ ⠀ Enjoy! 😋⠀ ⠀
