made my own coconut yogurt and I’m so excited about it!! It was so EASY and soooo TANGY without any of the nasty fillers or preservatives you sometimes see ✨ i used the @minimalistbaker recipe <— great resource w troubleshooting and tips! . The basics: 1 can @wholefoods organic coconut milk (full fat) + 2 probiotic capsules Thoroughly mix the coconut milk after emptying into a glass jar, empty the probiotics from their capsules into the milk and stir w a wooden spoon/implement (no metal) Cover w cheese cloth or a paper towel and let sit for 24-48 hrs on your counter(I did 48) after it’s to your liking, store in refrigerator and enjoy w any favorite mix ins or toppings! 🤗 (side note: if your milk has already been refrigerated, do not use this process, I experimented and it went back overnight, should have known but had to try it 🤷🏻‍♀️) . #tiuteam #tiucommunity #tiunutritionplan #tiuplan #tiuloveyourbody @toneitup @toneitupnutrition @karenadawn @katrinaascott #minimalistbaker #eatclean #plantbased #coconutyogurt #makeityourself

👉🏼 chocolate chia pudding with rasberries & hemp seeds . Chia seeds are an amazing source of Omega 3's. They help improve skin complexion & improve sleep! I tend to have super dry skin in the winter & even sometimes have a really hard time falling asleep, so I will be loading up on those chia seeds to help with all of that this time of year. . Directions --> in a mason jar, shake together 2 tbsp @betterbodyfoods chia seeds + 3/4C almond milk + 1/4 tsp vanilla extract + 1 scoop @drinkorgain vegan creamy chocolate protein powder + 1/2 scoop of @detoxorganics chocolate superfood powder 🍫 + 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup + pinch of cinnamon. #lowfodmap L U N C H. . This has been my go to meal, with a few variations. It’s easy and delicious. - 85g raw spinach chopped up. - 3oz poached chicken breast. - Nooch roasted baby potatoes. - EVOO to hit fats. - White wine vinegar. - S&P. . I’ll switch up my #improvementseason carb source for either brown rice, polenta chunks, or quinoa. Yesterday I added some fresh basil in as well! . Nooch roasted tatties || Preheat oven to 425F, light coat potatoes with EVOO spray, toss with S&P, and a generous amount of nutritional yeast. Roast for 45 mins, toss, roast for another 15. I smooshed mine after 45 and they were soooo tasty.

Dinner!😋 CRISPY PARMESAN GARLIC CHICKEN WITH ZUCCHINI Crispy Parmesan Garlic Chicken with Zucchini is a fantastic one pan meal that the family will love!  The chicken is so tender and breaded with an amazing parmesan garlic crust and the zucchini is sautéed in a delicious buttery parmesan garlic! INGREDIENTS * 2 Chicken Breasts, sliced in half, or 4 thin chicken breasts * 8 Tablespoons butter, divided * ½ cup Italian Bread Crumbs * ½ cup plus 1 Tablespoon grated parmesan, divided * ¼ cup flour * 2 medium zucchini, sliced * 2 garlic cloves, minced Instructions 1. In a large skillet over medium heat melt 2 Tablespoons butter. To make the chicken: Melt remaining 4 tablespoons of butter in a shallow dish. In another shallow dish combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and flour. Dip the chicken in the butter and then coat in the bread crumb mixture and place in skillet. 2. Cook on each side for about 3-4 minutes until the outside is crispy and the chicken is cooked throughout. Set aside on plate. 3. Add 2 Tablespoons of butter back to the skillet and saute the minced garlic for a minute. Add the zucchini to the skillet and saute until tender. Salt and pepper to taste and add some 1 Tablespoon parmesan. Add the chicken back to the skillet and heat for a minute or so. Ahhh the humble potato 🥔 So many of us are neglecting him with our #lowcarb or #nocarb diets but if you are female you may be doing yourself a dis-service. As women, we actually need carbohydrates to ovulate and have a period (which believe it or not is dammed important). I’ve had clients reintroduce some rice and potatoes to their diet and a few months later they are back to usual. Of course, if you were to eat lots and lots of potatoes and nothing else - well, you’d develop issues with insulin and weight. But, for most women eating them a few times a week in the mix with your other superstar vegetables will be nothing but helpful. Love, me xx
