Recipes Salsa Chicken Bowl 3-4 Chicken breasts 2 jars of salsa of your choice Corn Tomato Avocado Lime Cilantro Onion Cauliflower rice Cheese Pink Himalayan salt Kerrygold Butter . INSTRUCTIONS Cook chicken breasts in crockpot by adding the chicken and salsa in and setting on low for 8 hrs or high for 4 hrs. Once cooked, shred with 2 forks. . Next fry cauliflower rice with butter, chopped cilantro, lime and salt. 5-10 mins. . Then dice the tomato, onion and avocado. My journey started in 2015. The first two photos you see were the first two years of it (a year apart almost exactly) & the last obviously being me now... I think itโ€™s important to show people how slow progress truly can be, especially in the beginning. The only thing I have truly been this entire time is CONSISTENT. I have no โ€œsecretโ€ diet, pills, whatever. I simply show the fuck up no matter what. Anyway, I didnโ€™t start this whole thing to โ€œlook goodโ€ (thatโ€™s just a bonus)... I started it, because I had/have been through hell & back. I had experienced trauma that no amount of fucking therapy, time, or whatever else can think of could help. Lifting has given me back control of my body, my mind, my life. Itโ€™s not about just picking heavy shit up & putting it back down. Itโ€™s about discipline, confidence, about not giving up on yourself, about controlling yourself/your life entirely. Kale. Itโ€™s an acquired taste. . I honestly wasnโ€™t a fan until @emmabreschard COOKED it in her pasta dish but... since weโ€™ll be eating more veggies than animal protein for the next month I think we need to keep it on hand... . Masih soal gluten, emang terbaek sih bali. gw lg ngeliatin 2 roti bulet anget itu pengen cheating ajah, trus lg cerita ke tmn gw kenapa gw ga bs makan roti itu. Tiba2 mas nya dtg. Ibu makan gluten free? Saya ganti aja dengan roti gluten free ya? Lalu dtglah 2 potong roti, lembuuuuuttttttttttt bangettttt pdhl biasanya roti gluten free seacam batu gitu. Kmd mas nya menjelaskan kandungan gluten di masing2 makanan, mana yg aman mana yg nggak. Oh man, I had to share this dish because it was super easy and way tastier than I thought it would be! Ingredients: โ€ข 16-20 oz ground turkey โ€ข 1 C uncooked wild rice (brown or white would work) โ€ข approx. 2 C beef bone broth โ€ข 16 oz white mushrooms โ€ข couple handfuls of spinach โ€ข T arrowroot starch or cornstarch โ€ข spices to taste ( I used a kabob blend) Directions: Cook rice according to package directions, replacing water with broth. While rice is simmering, begin cooking ground turkey in a large skillet and add your spices. When turkey is almost done, add in the mushrooms. Cook them until they are small and liquids have been released. When turkey and mushrooms are finished cooking, add the cooked rice. Then, turn down heat to low and add a splash of broth, followed by the starch. Stir until broth thickens to a sauce. Throw in the spinach, take off heat, and cover with lid for several minutes until spinach has wilted. Stir everything together and serve immediately or store in fridge for the week! WHAT A BONUS Donโ€™t you absolutely love it when you visit people that eat as healthy as you do? I have been down in Canberra this weekend doing a presentation with a friend and we stayed at someoneโ€™s home I did not know. I had no idea what to expect but was absolutely blown away by the care that went into everything that was prepared for us. Everything organically grown in their garden, seeds, nuts, organic grains... This was breakfast. Walnuts, coconut, and seeds with homemade coconut yogurt and a selection of toppings all from fruit trees out back- plum, kiwi, and rhubarb apple. Feel so blessed!
