Guess what day it is? #transformationtuesday !! Can’t believe another week has come and gone. For those that are new here, hi!!! My name is Kelsey and I’m super glad you’ve joined me. Yesterday I had my first cheat meal in 6 weeks, so I’m feeling a liiiiiiittle bloated today, but the delicious sushi was worth it. It’s my birthday week! So we went out and celebrated the fact that @sushigalorefanshawe offers 50% off the week of your birthday! Holla! I enjoyed my meal, then this morning went straight back to my regularly scheduled programming (aka keto). This week will be a little off track (uhhmmm HELLO I’m turning 25?!) but that’s okay. I’ve been focusing on balance rather than punishing myself. I am happy to try to answer any questions you might have! But, I’m not an expert, I can only pull from my own experiences! But before you ask a question, please read these first:
🎀I am 5’3 and started at 220lbs
🎀I lost over 60lbs after starting keto on May 3rd 2017 without exercising (diet alone)
🎀I’ve recently introduced weightlifting and running!
🎀I started keto with research, there are a ton of online free resources to use!
🎀I track all my food with myfitnesspal, my macros are 65% fat, 25% protein, and 20g net carbs. I eat between 1500-1600cals a day
🎀I drink 3-4L of water a day and practice intermittent fasting 18:6 most days
