Oatmeal: 35g Old Fashioned Oats, Unflavored 15g Raisins 70g Coconut Milk, Unsweetened Cinnamon: To Taste —— Omelette Instructions: Heat olive oil in a small non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Whisk eggs together in a small bowl Pour egg mixture into the pan and allow the eggs to set along the edges Mix eggs gently until mostly cooked. Let eggs settle and add spinach and goat cheese. (Option to sprinkle goat cheese on top instead) Fold over each side with a spatula, and once eggs are fully cooked, remove from pan. . Oatmeal Instructions: Combine old fashioned oats and unsweetened coconut milk in a bowl. Either microwave for 60 seconds or heat in a pot over the stove. ed ecco la #colazionefit di oggi 😍 ieri la bravissima @desanne ha pubblicato una ricetta che mi ha incuriosito tanto e come adoro le #cheescake al forno non potevo che provarla ma chiaramente a modo mio 😊 grazie @desanne sempre per le tue fantastiche ricette 😘 ecco la mia versione: MOUSE CHEESCAKE CIOCCOLATO E LAMPONI 2 porzioni base: •3 fette biscottate integrali sbriciolate •20gr fiocchi d’avena mignon bio •10gr burro di mandorle home made •10gr cacao amaro •dolcificante e aromi a piacere •50gr banana schiacciata mouse: •100gr yogurt total fage 2% •10gr truvia/stevia/zucchero di cocco •100ml albume •10gr cacao amaro •aromi a piacere topping •100gr lamponi •cremina al cacao •petali di mandorle Mescolare gli ingredienti della base e metterli sul fondo di uno stampo ricoperto con carta forno.Riporre in frigo mentre preparate la crema. Mescolare yogurt e truvia,aggiungere il cacao.A parte montare a neve gli albumi e aggiungerli al composto di yogurt,stando attenti a non smontare gli albumi.Versare sulla base e infornare a 180gradi per circa 25-30minuti.In cottura si gonfierà tanto perciò consiglio di alzare i bordi della tortiera con carta forno.Una volta sfornata si abbasserà.Lasciate raffreddare e poi riporre in frigo per la notte. Dzisiaj na śniadanie przygotowałam placuchy bananowe na bazie twarożku naturalnego grani. Afternoon snack 👅 #guac 🥑 #cheesesauce 🧀 #salsa 🍅 Sajtszósz recept - 1 ek liszt - 20 dkg sajt (gouda/chedar) - 2 dl tej - fehérbors - só Kezdjünk el 2 dl tejet tűzhelyen melegíteni. Ha felmelegedett, adjuk hozzá az 1 ek lisztet, illetve a 20 dkg reszeltsajtot. Keverés mellett főzzük sűrűre. Végül ízlés szerint sóval és fehérborssal ízesítsük. Várjuk meg míg kicsit kihül,és tortilla chipssel tálaljuk! Salsa recept: - 2 db paradicsom - 2 dl paradicsomszósz - 1 fej fokhagyma - fél fej vöröshagyma - fél citrom leve - só, bors, chili A paradicsomot és a hagymát vágjuk egészen apró kockákra, majd keverjük hozzá a sóval, borssal, és chili paprikával ízesített paradicsomszószhoz! Végül a fél citrom levével, és a fokhagymával ízesítsük!
