We love sharing the vegan recipes that are not only healthy, tasty, but also pleasing to the eye: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #rePLANOLY @nourishing.andreea⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ OCEAN BLUE OVERNIGHT OATS YOGURT PARFAITS anyone? 🙈💙 I had these for lunch a couple of days ago and they just hit the spot 😋. Layers and layers of deliciousness and different textures that actually work super well together 🤷‍♀️😁.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ OCEAN BLUE OVERNIGHT OATS 💙⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ♡ 75 g fine oat flakes⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ♡ 1 tbsp chia seeds⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ♡ 1-2 tbsp sweetener of choice⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ♡ a pinch of salt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ♡ 1 tsp @rawnice blue spirulina powder (➡️ use code 'nourishing.andreea' for 15% discount on your order at @rawnice; the wooden spoons are also from there 😊)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ♡ 1/2 tsp regular green spirulina⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ♡ 1 tsp vanilla extract⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ♡ 200 ml milk of choice⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Add everything in a jar, mix well and let it sit in the fridge over night. Layer it as you wish and enjoy 😊😉. My layers were oats, coconut yogurt mixed with a little bit of @rawnice blue spirulina powder, homemade pumpkin pie granola, melted chocolate and blueberries 💙🤤.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #veganfoodspot#veganeats#healthyish#thrivemags#thekitchn#vegan#plantbaseddiet#healthyeah#porridge#yogurt#veganvultures#veganinspiration#justeatrealfood#foodstyling#foodphotography#eatwellbewell#allfoodsfit#eatforhealth#healthymeals#nutritiousanddelicious#easyveganmeals#vegantreats #shohealthtips #shoprogress #nutrition #vitamins #supplements
