Today’s lunch was a salad plate at @jacobtheangellondon - a cafe run by the same people as @barbarylondon (who Time Out named as The Best Restaurant in London last year). As you’d expect the salad was top notch. I do love a salad selection. This one contained a roast fennel, blood orange and goats curd salad, one with kale and green beans, a sweet potato salad and a good dollop of hummus. 🌱💚👌🏻

Crushing Friday before the sun is even up. 👊🏼 I did NOT feel good yesterday evening, so I went to bed super early and woke up feeling SO refreshed this morning. Een simpele manier om je bloedsuikerspiegel weer stabiel te krijgen: (meer) bewegen 💪🏻 Benieuwd naar hoe dit zit, hoe je een dag af en toe ook anders kunt startten en welke tips je kunt toepassen?
