Most diet trends out there will work if you follow them consistently. However, the “magic” is not in any one formula.
The magic is in upgrading the QUALITY of food you eat and creating a caloric deficit (if fat loss is your aim).
You do not have to eliminate entire food/macro groups! Personally, I recommend against that and opt for a more balanced approach. 🌮
In my experience, the more balance and *enjoyability* in the diet, the more sustainable it is and in turn, the more inevitable long-term success becomes. On the flip, the more restrictive the diet, the bigger the binge.

Going #savage with the truth here. All diets do the same thing. Pick one you want and like and go for it. There is nothing special about intermittent fasting or Keto. So do what works for you.
