It’s great to start your day off with a healthy breakfast and as I like as much sleep as possible my go to breakfast is an oven baked frittata. Roast/sauté whatever fillings you fancy, stick them in an oven proof dish with 3/4 eggs per portion and sprinkle on some cheese. I used sweet potato, spring onion, pepper, cherry tomatos and spinach topped with feta. Put the dish in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees or until the egg is firm. There you go! A weeks worth of portions ready for throwing in the microwave each morning or can even be eaten cold. The options are infinite so try out your favourite veggies or even add bacon/chorizo! I'm not saying this to put other women down who haven't managed to maintain their body, I'm saying it to motivate and reassure women that you can still look good after having children. When I was pregnant I was so afraid of never getting my body back but 6 weeks after my daughter was born I was back modeling. 🍏 How? 🍏 Ill be honest, I don't do much exercise, I just watch how much I eat and do a few exercises at home morning & evening to ensure that I stay toned. Simple. 🍏 I'm not where I want to be but I'm definitely on the right path.
