We have to relearn what to eat. Breakups are never easy. Once you let go of the garbage food long enough, you will no longer need it, or crave it. You will adapt and realize that the healthy and wholesome food is what will make you happy. Let go of the toxic food in your life. You may think you love it, but it’s just an infatuation and it’s not real love. Real wholesome and healthy food loves you back. It will fuel you and make you stronger, not bring you down, and make you sluggish, demotivated and leave you depressed eventually. In the end, the donuts and ice cream will become controlling and fail your expectations. They tell you that they love you back, but everyone else starts to notice that they are using you and are a bad influence, until one day you will become a donut yourself.
And if you aren’t enjoying your meal plan, then you don’t have one. You have a diet. Diets don’t last. Ditch the diet for a lifestyle of healthy eating.
You should love the food you eat, and have it work for you too. Making you stronger, not fatter. Fuel the day, and the workout 🔥🔥🔥
