What motivates you?
Next year when I am able to wear gym shorts and a tank top outside I want to use this picture as my "before" and look about a thousand times better. What do I want to achieve? Better quads, stronger shoulders, more striations. I want to learn new skills and improve in areas I know I am weak. So what am I doing about it? I am starting to work hard NOW. That amazing summer bod you always wanted does not happen between April and June, it has to be worked on now, when it's cold out and all you want to do is be cozy inside. The only thing sitting between you and your goals is your own dedication 🙌🏼 ◇
