- Marathon / 5-10k
- You just got in trouble for being late to a basketball practice
- You see an ex walking down the street
🏃 🏃🏽♀️ 🏃 🏃🏽♀️ 🏃 🏃🏽♀️ 🏃 🏃🏽♀️ 🏃 🏃🏽♀️ Otherwise, WALK 60-minutes 1-7x a week.
If you want to really see results, pump up the intensity by doing high intense intervals i.e. battle ropes, versaclimber, sprints, or echo-bike. Do 10-30 seconds of MAXIMAL work followed by 10-60 seconds of rest (people say they do HIIT training but halfassedly jog for a min.) If you were to walk 3x a week for 60-minutes, and do 3x a week of 10-minute TRUE high intense workouts ON TOP of lifting weights 4x a week, 2019 will be yours.
If you can find time to shop, be on social media, watch tv, sports, and do pointless 💩, you can workout daily.
I challenge you to make fitness a priority and workout everyday, just like you do with brushing your teeth, showering, and taking a 💩.
