Set realistic goals, that are strategically planned to help you progress. Just saying “I want abs”, “I’ll quit smoking”, “I’m going to go to yoga every day” isn’t motivating enough. Visualize the future you want, write it down, find images/quotes that represent what you envision for yourself, put it somewhere you will look at it every day, and be grateful for where you’re at and for the journey you’re about to take on. •
I’ve been sticking to a mostly pescatarian/plant based diet recently. I’ve been following @nimai_delgado and snatching food ideas from his vegan bodybuilding food page. Finally tried @beyondmeat burger! I haven’t had red meat in 4 years, never crave it or miss it, from what I remember, this was honestly better. I spread vegan cheese on my @barelybread toast.
