Happy Monday! Been back for a couple days and just trying to get back in to the rhythm. But hows it also so hot here 😂 ------------ Stir fried fat noodles with sliced chicken 💲108hkd (18CAD) Wok fried Thai watercress 💲68hkd (11.4CAD) Pandan coconut dumplings 💲58 (9.75CAD) Thai iced milk tea 💲38hkd (6.50CAD) ------------ Hong Kong has some pretty authentic Thai restaurants. This being one of the newer ones was very casual and had a line to place your name down for a table. Good thing wait was only around 10 mins. The fat noodles with sliced chicken was kind of like a Pad Siew. A lot of toppings and not much noodles Infact 😂 I thoroughly enjoyed the flavors. As much as I love this type of noodle it was clumped together. Hard to create that perfect bite 🙁 The wok fried Thai watercress was definitely bang for your buck! The small bowl was packed to the rim. Could barely finish it actually 😂 it was just a tad bit salty for my liking due to all the crispy garlic, garlic and chilli. 🤷🏻‍♀️ atleast I had my Thai iced tea to wash it down. Wasn't close to anything we've had in Thailand but it wasn't bad. 😭 Dessert was adooooorable 🤣 basically Pandan dumplings filled with shredded coconut in a warm coconut milk bath! I really enjoyed it! 2016 Michellin Recommended Street Food‼️ Tried this bun first in Shanghai back in 2013. One of my fav food. So glad that i can taste you againn 😭 This bun contains a steaming hot juicy sweet pork broth and fresh tasty pork inside. The hot crunch crisp outside just elate it to another level. Each bite taste crunchy and soft at the same time 🤤🤤 #salivating It’s advised to take a small bite carefully and slowly suck out the juice 😳 ———————————————————— 🥟Pan Fried Soup Dumpling 💰HKD30-35 ❌Non-Halal ⭐️5/5
