✧ Tasmania ✧ I am constantly drawn back to this incredible diamond shaped state for SO many different reasons. In the past it’s been to visit my family, the more recent years it’s been my obsession with Dark MOFO but more recently its of course been for photography and, boy…to think i’ve come here camera-less before gives me angry nervous butterflies! Nevertheless, they are non-existent because I have been invited down here by the beautiful @jewelszee and her second family @olympus_au. As you might know (by my lack of posts recently) I have been slowly moving away from photography and dipping my hand into directing, creating and editing film/videography work. It’s my new found passion and I am OBSESSED! Having still only a small portfolio of work, I am beyond humbled to be here filming for such a reputable brand as Olympus. For 10 days Olympus has lent me the ridiculously stable OM-D E-M1 Mark ll, the 40-150mm and three magnificent prime lenses! You will have to wait until I get home and sort through hundreds and hundreds of movie files before I can show you any sort of video but in the mean time stick with me through the posts, the captions and of course the stories.
This first shot was taken en-route from @freycinetlodge to Sleepy Bay. We were lucky enough to spend two days exploring Freycinet National Park, where the forests were lush, the stars were bright and the waters were crystal clear // in the centre, a pure light of this universe and my favourite travel companion ✨ @olympus_au #olympusinspired
