LEGS AND LATS 🤮☠️
Heading into week 2 of both GVM and my “speed” program , things are only getting harder 😂. But that’s what you have to expect as you go on , the weight load will be heavier , the bar is set higher and the mindset has to be on point or you will be ✌🏼 peaced ! Definitely a better day working out however , with the mix of load work and then some isolation movement to really focus on specific areas.
As the “bulk” season hits off , for those of you trying to put on weight , mass , and build strength , the German volume method is a brutal but effective way to make these gainz fast . I started my workout with squats 10x10 with :60 rest in between. I went up 5 pounds this week and was successful yet again ! It was definitely harder but I think I gained some mental points out of it , paced my breathing , and learned more about myself . Give it a try , do it for 4-6 weeks on the major movements ( bench, squat , t bar row & you can do deadlift but make it a 10x6 instead ) and just increase that calorie intake . Let’s keep the gainz going this winter !
