Wasn't going to post these photos, but thought I would so it may inspire someone else.
I can't pinpoint when or why I stopped caring about my health and fitness, but it was about 18 months ago. I finally decided enough was enough & joined @f45_training_padstow for their 8 week challenge. I still have more I want to achieve & I'm looking forward to sharing again in another 8-12 weeks, but I'm pretty pleased with my progress to date. Abs here we come! 👊💪 Thanks to my amazing trainers @justjess____ @shenaikuhle for their constant encouragement.
