Hey guys! So here's a quick update on things. Recently I know I haven't been as active on here as I could be, but I'm getting back to that. I have fallen off track in the last week or so (every since my birthday 1 week ago today). I haven't made my health a priority, instead I've mistreated my body so much. I've eaten terribly and have only worked out 2 times this week and it was the bare minimum. I think some of my "falling off the wagon" comes from the fact that my scale broke last Monday. Because of that my mind is like "it's okay, you won't know how much you weigh anyway"... But guess what? I'm going to forget about everything that happened this past week because it's not only the start of a new week, but THE START OF A NEW MONTH 😊 I refuse to give up on myself and forget how far I've come from the old me. Even though I couldn't weigh myself to see if I reached my June goal of 220lbs (which I probably didn't), I'm still going to strive for greatness this month with or without a scale! .
It's July, a new month, let's crush these goals we have of becoming better versions of ourselves! And while doing that, also stay on top of motivating each other! Even though we're all on different journeys, we still have the same goal of getting healthy! 💕💕
