On healing: don’t over-complicate your ‘diet’. There is so much contradicting information on optimum nutrition out there. I can see us all going fucking mad not knowing where to start and who to listen (hint, always follow your intuition)!. There isn’t one way to eat that fits all human beings, but I truly believe this does apply to everyone: eat lots of high vibrational foods (foods that are grown on the ground, in bushes, vines and trees with certified organic practices) and avoid eating anything man created (there are some exceptions, be discerning and use your intuition) as much as you can. Most of the food found in boxes, cans, packaged (even those claiming to be healthy) are poisoning for the body. Our body can’t decipher these ‘foods’ as it doesn’t recognize them as such and thus becomes toxic. Might sound radical, but this is the truth.
Treat food as sacred nourishment, prepare your food and eat it in a calm relaxed environment breathing deeply before you begin and with gratitude (and chew your food until it becomes mushy!). Also, remember to give your digestion a break often, this is an ancient practice that is essential for health.
Not being sick doesn’t mean you are healthy. Do you want to be merely surviving or do you want to thrive and feel radiant? You’ve got this. Here to help and support in whatever way I can as I move through my own healing journey.
Creamy cucumber mint soup recipe that I sent out this weekend to my Cosy Letters family (join us through link in bio that says ‘ebook’). Sending love 🌹
