Update: mom has been moved to ICU at a hospital near her home. My sister just landed and is on her way there (hospital) now. Her levels are low so they were concerned. I am praying that the meds they are giving her are raising her levels enough that her memory is returning. I wanted so badly to go, but I needed to wait in case she needs me later on. It was a VERY hard decision! I knew this journey was going to be hard near the end, but this distance is an absolute killer! I don’t know more than that right now but I will know more when Kerri (sister) is able to talk to the case manager. Thanks for your prayers!
