Ok y’all! I’m done! I’m really pleased with my results. I really wanted to get rid of bloat and a little weight.
I like fasting because when I fast, I know I’ve come a long way. Before keto+IF, I couldn’t go longer than 4-5 hours without eating or I’d get the WORST headaches. I’d eat a huge meal and be thinking about my next snack/meal within an hour.
This is a major accomplishment for me! A I guess!
Also, YES! The scale is showing that I’m 323.2 (typo in photo), but idk if I want to say that I’m just yet. Oftentimes, after a fast, I gain back a pound or two, so I’m going to wait until it’s official official!
This fast was pretty good! The first 24 hours weren’t a big deal. Around 48 hours, I really started to feel hunger, or at least the desire to eat. The last 12 hours were definitely hard! I kept an extremely close eye on the clock!
During the fast, I took two water pills, magnesium, and I added Himalayan pink salt to my water. I did start to feel weaker in the last 8 hours or so, and it was because I definitely did not have enough salts. Next time, I’ll be sure to do that a little better!
Edit: I decided to break my fast with broccoli (2oz pictured). I quickly ate a total of 6oz, so I’m going to let that digest and have something a little bigger in a few hours. I’m not going to stop eating at a specific time tonight. I’ll restart IF tomorrow. 🙂
