А мы все готовимся !)) Сегодня на тренировке была Жаришка 🔥🔥🔥🔥) Все началось с 200 м комплексным плаванием , полет нормальный . Дальше плыли 400 ноги кроль , подзабились ножки конечно , но терпимо ) После было 16х50 м в режиме 1.10 упражнения кроль 8 по 50 и закончили 8 по 50 упражнения дельфин , вот тут то и стало тяжко 🤢)) но мы парни крепкие 💪и после этого решили ещё проплыть 8х 50 м ( 25 м максимально быстро , 25 в спокойном темпе и наоборот 25 спокойно и 25 максимально, 4 раза кролем и 4 раза дельфином .
