💥GREAT FOODS FOR FAT LOSS💥 - 📌Morning guys! I think I am going to start posting fat loss food ideas more often because I feel people are always looking for better options. - 🙌🏻On the top you will see high protein items to help you build sustainable muscle tissue after your workouts. I have recently fell in love with the one bar….especially the cinnamon roll.🤷🏼‍♂️😜 - 🤣Next, is the very low calorie foods to include in your meals. Shockingly they are very good for your health too. Imagine that. But seriously have fruits and/or veggies with each meal. Adds volume without calories. - ✅One of the areas people tend to lose sight of are liquid cals. If you can’t stop the pop fix switch to a diet pop or la Croix. My suggestion? Stick to water. - 💯Last, is the large quantity low cal snacks. These tend to fill you up a bit more, but you can eat a larger volume without getting a ton of extra calories. - ❤️Hopefully subbing some of these in will be an easy fix and you will see some fat loss. Also, one day of eating these things won’t do it. Cutting body fat aint fun. HIIT ain't always fun either. There is beauty in discomfort. Every obstacle is room for growth. Not everyone needs or will benefit from HIIT. It's not necessary for many people, especially if they have greater priorities like becoming more mobile, moving more and eating a little less. For me, however, there is one reason HIIT, or high intensity workouts get demonised. They're. F*cking. Hard! As a generation, we could all do with being a little less soft, taking our balls out of our purses and just getting on with it. So many of us don't like hard work and crumble under the pressure to become stronger and grow as a result. I'm not just talking about exercise. 2 million people will die of dehyration this year. That is not the kind of discomfort in which beauty lies. Get active. Challenge yourself. Seek some degree of happiness from the fact that so many of us will never know what true hardship is.

Some people have asked me what my main motivation is for losing wheight and training. Well, my main motivation is of course to feel better. Feel better about myself as well as feeling better as it gets easier to do things like run and climb and get up in the morning :-). Of course there's also the aesthetic part. I mean come on, man boobs is one thing, but two (2!) sets of love handles?! Let's start by reducing that to one and see where we get from there...

Just a little wrist stretch video for ya’ll 😬. This is so important in GST- we spend a lot of time on our hands. I try to do this, or some variation of it on most training days. Again, stretching isn’t enough. I’ll post something later on for a wrist strengthening protocol that most GB Athletes use, as recommended by Coach Sommer and our Handstand Courses 🙂🙏🏽. Regressions can be done from knees 💪🏽. A further regression can be done standing in front of a wall. Remember, mobility is NEVER A MAXIMAL EFFORT. So as you know, I was down with food poisoning on Sunday. I took up until Wednesday to fully recover. In the interim I was back at work and sorting out my classroom for the new academic year.
