🤤🤤 check out this super easy cafe supper yummy, super HEALTHY meal I tried this week. It’s one of my many amazing recipes included in the Healthstyle Emporium. My husband approves, and he is a meat lover.
1/4 cup of brown rice
2 cups of Romain- chopped
1/2 cup of black beans- rinsed and drained
1/2 cup of bell peppers- chopped
1/4 cup of corn
1/4 cup of salsa
2 tablespoons of coriander- finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon of lime juice
1/2 cup ripe avocado
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the brown rice according to the package directions. Add lettuce to bowel. Top with 1/2 cup of rice, black beans, bell pepper, corn, salsa, cilantro, and lime juice. In a small bowl add the avocado, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mash together until smooth, then scoop on top of your bowl and enjoy 😋✨
