Eight words I am currently living by?
Work hard. Play hard. But eat even harder 😊
Oh, and rest! Don't forget that all important rest! I'm doing that pretty hard too 👌
Since beginning my training at @fitstop_westend, I've noticed so much positive change, not just physically, but mentally AND emotionally. Challenging myself + overcoming goals in the gym is giving me the courage to conquer my goals + fears outside the gym.
I'm eating more, but I'm also eating more mindfully, more balanced, and with more confidence.
I'm letting myself have the things I'm craving. For example, Sunday night! I was desperate for a junky, cheesey parmigiana, so that's what I ate!
I'm listening to my body completely, going easier on myself, and allowing guilt-free rest when I need it, but still eating properly on those days to make sure I stay truly nourished.
I'm more motivated, more productive, inspired, relaxed.. More everything!
There's much more I could say, so I won't go on any longer, but I have to say, overall, I feel so incredibly free, nourished + happy.
And I could not be more grateful for the support I've been receiving from specifically the FitStop family, but also my amazing boyfriend, my Mum, and of course, all of you guys too! So thank you 🙏💕
