The last few weeks I feel like have just flown by because of the ever growing to do list I have on a daily basis, and I HAVEN'T BEEN LIVING MY IDEAL LIFESTYLE.
When I’m busy like this I find it hard to eat well, exercise and get the sleep I need, all leading to stress. .
It’s important to take into account the small actions you take on a daily basis to keep your physical and mental health.
This blueberry picking session was my exercise for the day on Thursday, although it may not seem like the most strenuous activity, when I compare it to sitting on the couch to unwind, I’m doing myself a great service by moving my body and spending meaningful time with friends. .
Find ways in your everyday, how ever little it may seem, to move your body, eat just a little bit better (even if it’s saying no mayonnaise on that sandwich), and keep meaningful relationships in your life. .
