Instagram vs Reality
A little insight how I make my photos for and which pics come out of this. First most of my good pics were made from friends or my sis. My own selfies and photos are underqualified and bad.. Most of the time when I look at my photos I could start , cause I think I am such an person and look at my hair it's so thin and weird..
I sleep one or two nights and look at them again. I think with a little filter and Photoshop I can rescue the pics...
Like the 1st one, I edit my hair and my belly.. But the point is that this should not be. You should be happy with your own body and love him. I mean you only have this one and not the one from or and you don't need their body's!
I have many problem zones and when I look in a mirror I still think I'm not pretty, but I am! Maybe one day my brain will get this and stop making my life so hard!
Instagram ruin our self image with fake perfect body's and hair... Depression and self-loathing are preprogrammed..
So stop thinking you're ugly!
