🙋🏼♀️ I know I use to. I also didn’t know why “never miss a Monday” was so important. But since starting my 8 week program, that starts on a Monday, I realize that Monday’s set the tone for the rest of the week.
I could have very well not worked out today because I prefer getting it done bright and early, but it just didn’t happen this morning. So I got home from work, put on some cute leggings, drank the stuff, and pushed play. I feel stronger, leaner, and overall just more comfortable in my own damn skin. Everyone deserves to feel this way. So stop getting in your own head. Just do the damn workout, the time is going to pass anyways.
