I get asked all the time what the difference between Arbonne’s 30 Days to Healthy Living & Keto is.
Arbonne’s 30 days is focused on changing your lifestyle while eating whole organic fruits/veggies & natural sweeteners. Creating simple changes that lead to a healthy body not just weight loss while being successful!
It also focus on anti-inflammatory & alkaline foods so your body functions at its optimal levels. Fiber helps to rid your body of toxins & helps with your bowels. It also focus on high fiber carbs (from veggies, a little quinoa & a little brown rice). I try to get my carbs from veggies & a little from the protein powders (cranberry, pea & brown rice). I know not every healthy living program is for everyone, but I want you to know the Arbonne program is adjustable for everyone, including Vegetarians.
You can clearly see the difference above in this chart. Too much animal fat is overloading the body with acidity & inflammation. Dairy literally produces phlegm & mucous in your body. There are much better ways to get healthy fats in your body. I see way too many people overloading on the unhealthy fats from dairy. I see so many patients that come into the clinic with various inflammatory conditions & once we cut out dairy they start seeing a big improvement in their health (digestive & physically-less aches, pains, inflammation & more clear in the head). I next cut out wheat & gluten & voila see even more changes 🙌
