Took a mental health day today and decided to do my favourite de-stress activity - creating in the kitchen. . . . . Today I made homemade apple pie granola. I even went so far as to dehydrating my own apple slices. . . . . . // Recipe // . . Dry: • 4 cups oats • 4 cups puffed rice • 1 cup seeds (I chose hemp and pumpkin) • 2TB cinnamon • sprinkle salt • 4 apples sliced, dehydrated • 1/2 cup coconut sugar • 1 cup raisins . . Wet: • 1 cup applesauce • 1/2 cup coconut butter, warmed . . . Mix wet and dry and bake at 350 for 35 min. . . . Enjoy ✌

SALTED CARAMEL PB BANANA BREAD✨🙊 The smell of fresh banana bread straight out of the oven is possibly one of my favourite smells ever. With the addition though of @byronbaypeanutbutter ‘s salted caramel PB it is incredible🙏 I have written out the recipe for you all below! Happy Saturday lovelies🌻 🌈 (Ps. you can use normal PB - doesn’t have to be salted caramel😜) ❃ Recipe: 1/4 cup almond milk 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 3 bananas 2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp maple syrup 1/4 cup Nuttelex (melted) 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup salted caramel @byronbaypeanutbutter (and another 1/4 extra) ❃ Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Line a 9x5 loaf pan. ❃ In a small bowl, combine milk and apple cider vinegar. Set aside. ❃ In a large bowl, mash bananas. Add and stir through sugar, maple syrup, nuttelex, vanilla and milk. Add flour, peanut butter, baking soda and cinnamon. Stir until just combined. ❃ Pour into pan. Lightly drizzle the extra peanut butter on top. Bake for 40 min.❃ Enjoy!💖

Brigadeiro de inhame 🌱 100g de inhame bem cozido 1/3 xícara da água do cozimento 1/4 açúcar de coco (baixo IG) 3 colheres (sopa) cacau em pó 1/2 xícara chocolate meio amargo picado 53 % (se usar 70% aumente a quantidade de açúcar para 1/3 xícara) Coloque no liquidificador o inhame bem cozido com todos os ingredientes, exceto o chocolate. Coloque o creme em uma panela, em fogo baixo, e acrescente o chocolate picado. Mexa sempre até engrossar bem. Leve para a geladeira para endurecer. Cubra com plastico filme(encostando no brigadeiro) para não formar película. Esami del sangue andati! 💉 Mi sono anche fatta due risate con l'infermiera che prima di farmi passare mi chiede "ti dobbiamo far stendere?" ed io con una faccia tra il perplesso e l'assonato "cosa scusi? perché?!". Mi ero dimenticata che ci sono persone che soffrono i prelievi. Per me è una cosa come un'altra (certo non è che bramo dalla voglia di farmi bucare), non ho mai avuto paura dei medici nè del dentista ed è da quando ho 18 anni che dono il sangue ogni anno. Devo ammettere, però, che ho un braccio paragonabile ad una cartina geografica e di conseguenza non mi hanno mai sbagliato un prelievo. Immagino che per chi non è così può essere decisamente un disagio. E voi soffrite gli esami? 🏨 . Ora mi concedo questa meravigliosa colazione in tutta tranquillità 💕 - una base poco fotogenica di overnight #porridge alla cannella - uno strato intermedio di #chiapudding - una copertura di yogurt di soia al naturale e mirtilli

Ebbene, per la preparazione di questo gelato monoporzione LIGHT e NATURALE 100% vi basteranno: - 230 g di pesche precedente congelate a pezzetti 🍑 - 60 g di yogurt di soia al naturale senza zuccheri 🥛 Che dovrete frullare insieme aggiungendo giusto un cucchiaio di acqua se necessario.. et voilà! 🍦 118 kcal - 23 C - 5 P - 2 G . . Suggerimenti: • Per chi non è abituato a mangiare senza edulcoranti può utilizzare la stevia per dolcificare • Chi vuole un post workout fresco aggiunga le proteine in polvere (e un poco più di acqua)

Spotkanie ze znajomymi na ostro, czyli kurczak z mango w mleku kokosowym z makaronem Soba! . Polędwiczki z kurczaka kroimy w paski i nacieramy olejem, mieloną czerwoną papryką, curry, pieprzem oraz zieloną pastą curry. Chowamy w lodówce na noc (i mamy nadzieję, że nie zniknie z lodówki, któranie wiedzieć czemu woli być pusta, a nie pełna😂!). Na drugi dzień mięso smażymy tak, by go nie wysuszyć. Następnie dodajemy mleko kokosowe oraz duże mango pokrojone w kostki i gotujemy. Przyprawiamy do smaku. Dla uzyskania pełni aromatu mango najlepiej pozostawić wszystko na kilkanaście minut pod przykryciem, by na spokojnie dojrzało. W międzyczasie gotujemy makaron Soba, odcedzamy i płuczemy zimną wodą. Ontbijt ideetje .....Easy peasy ontbijtjes are the best 🌟🌟🌟 Een lekker en gezond ontbijt vandaag .... Mango haver ontbijt met yoghurt😍 Men neme twee leuke glazen, een goed rijpe mango, een pak yoghurt, havervlokken, geraspte kokos en kaneel. Snijd de mango in blokjes, schep de kokos en kaneel door de havervlokken en vul de glazen met laagjes mango, haver-kaneel-kokos-vlokken en yoghurt. Voîla, daar is je mango haver ontbijt. Zoooo lekker!👌🏼 Het is bovendien een heerlijk recept waar je geen suiker aan hoeft toe te voegen. In tegenstelling tot veel soorten cruesli’s, muesli’s en granola recepten. En dan bedoel ik dus ook geen honing, appelstroop of bloesemsuiker. Waarom suiker toevoegen als die in de basisproducten ook al aanwezig zijn? Neem de mango: heerlijk zoet van zichzelf, boordevol vitamines, mineralen, anti-oxidanten én koolhydraten (15 gram per 100 gram). Ofwel fruitsuikers. De havervlokken bevatten complexe koolhydraten, ook suiker dus. Waarom zou je dan nog suiker willen toevoegen? Echt een keer proberen!
