Ive been so MIA lately with posting but I’ve been working!! My lil cut is going well even though I’m not seeing results at all yet I know that each choice I make will result to my future progress. I’ve done this before and for some reason this has been a lot harder! I miss my confidence and feeling comfortable in a sports bra.. I may be being dramatic but it messes with me a lot. I’m ready to get back to my comfortable weight and just maintain from there. I do LOVE being stronger... so kinda worth it! Depends on ones goals of course... but squats felt so so good today and I’m def pushing more weight throughout my workouts. And BTW, needed to post his pic because MY HIGHLIGHT. Tahiti by @kyliecosmetics 😍anyway lol supplements currently are thermogensis powder(@nutrishoppooler), fish oil, multi vitamin powder(@nutrishoppooler), catalyst pill, l-glutamine, powder, pre workout(when I need it) BCAA, & probiotic. Today I am going to start drinking a gallon of water everyday. Lifts still 6x a week, cardio 5x a week (HIIT & LISS) I’ll post more on my story throughout the week!!!
