Finally I was able to screenshot some of the confetti parts 😂 Although I didn't post the last days about my workouts I did every single one of them.💪😎 Today is day 17 of #piit28 and I cannot believe that the end is no longer far away🙈 Next saturday (next week's saturday😉) I will be already done with round 1 of #piit 1.0 I am not sure what I will do after that. Of course I will continue to workout. It’s wet and grey outside which for some reason makes this even more delicious and comforting! This is up there with my favourite porridge toppings especially when I need something that’s going to fuel me through a busy day 👉🏼 Oats topped with banana, peanut butter, frozen blueberries and honey ❤️ Everything in the bowl was from @lidluk and super cheap including the @meridianfoods peanut butter (which literally just contains 100% nuts) and cheaper than you can find anywhere else. The bags of frozen blueberries are so cheap too (about £1.50 for a massive bag) and sooo yummy melted on top of porridge. Sometimes it’s the simple things that make you happy! Had to start somewhere [unhealthy, underweight, stressed], and definitely still miles to go before reaching my goals, but a healthy diet, consistent training and less stress are slowly reaping rewards. Sept-Dec was sedentary and had to stop for a month in May for post-op recovery. My breakfast today: banana oats cookies (made with oats, banana, cinnamon and dark choco); greek yogurt 0% fat with sugarfree jam, fruit and almonds and my loved oat cappuccino. Let's start the day! Buondì stamani colazione con i biscotti alla banana e fiocchi di avena (per 8 biscotti ho utilizzato 2 cup di fiocchi di avena ca 120g, 2 banane mature, cannella e pezzetti di ciocco fondente. In forno caldo a 180° per 15/20'. In aggiunta yogurt greco 0% grassi addolcito con marmellata sza ai lamponi, frutta fresca, mandorle, more di gelso e bacche di aronia. E ovviamente il mio amato cappuccino di avena. Iniziamo la giornata. Dianetta tra pochi giorni compierà già 6 mesi ed è in una fase più impegnativa delle precedenti. Comincia a muoversi parecchio e dorme pochissimo di giorno quindi occhi puntati su di lei 24h 😁 Ora andiamo a fare una bella passeggiatina. 🌹BISCOTTI GELATO BIGUSTO E AL BURRO D'ARACHIDI 🌹 La ricetta è da perfezionare, la presentazione anche, ma il risultato è stato comunque una colazione degna di nota 🤤 Ingredienti: • 30g farina d'avena neutra @dailylife.fit • 30g fiocchi d'avena gusto latte e biscotti @bpr_nutrition • 10g farina di cocco • 90g albume • 40ml acqua • 150g yogurt greco • 10g burro d'arachidi @meridianfoods • 10g cacao amaro Procedimento: Preparate i biscotti mescolando prima le farine e poi aggiungendo l'acqua, l'albume e 20g di yogurt greco. Cuocete in un pentolino antiaderente creando dei piccoli cerchi con un cucchiaio (io erroneamente li ho fatti enormi 🤷🏻‍♀️). Dividete lo yogurt greco rimasto in tre parti da circa 40g l'una: una parte la mescolate con il burro d'arachidi, una parte con il cacao amaro e un goccio d'acqua. Farcite un biscotto interamente con lo yogurt al burro d'arachidi, mentre l'altro farcitelo a metà con lo yogurt al cacao e l'altra metà con lo yogurt al naturale. Tenete in frigo tutta la notta e al mattino in freezer per 30/40 minuti. Buona giornata e buona colazione 💕

Another progression. Not quite straight and can only hold it for a second or two, but it's taken me nearly a year to get just here 😓 The lesson I've learnt from the human flag is, much like many things in life, there is a lot of advice out there on how to do it. But as this advice is meant for mass consumption, it is very generic. Follow it blindly and you'll end up nowhere. As with everything in calisthenics (and life), know your weaknesses, and adapt and incorporate the relevant information, because what might work for one person won't necessarily work for another. When it came to the human flag, my mistake was focusing on building core strength alone, but tangible progress finally came after watching a @schoolofcalisthenics video, which helped me to realise the move was actually dependant on the upper body. Look inwards. Ive been so MIA lately with posting but I’ve been working!! My lil cut is going well even though I’m not seeing results at all yet I know that each choice I make will result to my future progress. I’ve done this before and for some reason this has been a lot harder! I miss my confidence and feeling comfortable in a sports bra.. I may be being dramatic but it messes with me a lot. I’m ready to get back to my comfortable weight and just maintain from there. I do LOVE being stronger... so kinda worth it! Depends on ones goals of course... but squats felt so so good today and I’m def pushing more weight throughout my workouts. And BTW, needed to post his pic because MY HIGHLIGHT. Tahiti by @kyliecosmetics 😍anyway lol supplements currently are thermogensis powder(@nutrishoppooler), fish oil, multi vitamin powder(@nutrishoppooler), catalyst pill, l-glutamine, powder, pre workout(when I need it) BCAA, & probiotic. Today I am going to start drinking a gallon of water everyday. Lifts still 6x a week, cardio 5x a week (HIIT & LISS) I’ll post more on my story throughout the week!!!

My college career went - Undeclared ➡️ English Ed ➡️ Special Ed ➡️ Art Ed ➡️ Marketing ➡️ Management ________________________________ 2) I didn't pursue Art Ed because my art professor criticized my work which discouraged me immensely _________________________________ 3) I had an Art Therapist when I was a few years old to help me understand my parent's divorce. The mental transformation I've experienced through fitness far outweighs any physical changes I've made by a LANDSLIDE. Things we take for granted everyday like our HEALTH can be improved so much by making such small changes in routine... like eating a little bit cleaner or spending an hour working out instead of laying on the couch for 3 hours. If you can conquer the mental setbacks we've all experienced at the start, I promise it will get easier and those thoughts will become far and few between. Once you make your health a priority and stop taking it for granted, it will be something you never want to stop improving. The feeling I get knowing that I am in complete control of my thoughts, my emotions, as well as my physical strength and well being - is something I NEVER thought I would find through health and fitness.
