Staying on track with a busy schedule, is it possible? - - Well the answer to this all depends on YOU. If you want it to be possible, it’s totally doable BUT if other things are more important to you than the answer is simply no. - - I know all about this dilemma first hand; being a student, full time employee, and a side hustler 😬👋🏻, and sticking to my fitness goals can all be a little much at times! I get it! Lucky for y’all I’ve come up with a few tips for staying ahead of the game. 😌 - 🔻 Figure our you priories: having a clear direction of what’s important to you and coming up with a schedule for them will keep you from overbooking yourself and feeling overwhelmed! Be honest with yourself and create a plan you’ll actually stick to! - 🔻Meal prep! Now I know this one can be annoying. Some people choose to pick one day and separate all their meals for week, I personally don’t like this method cause I find that I don’t want to eat food that’s been sitting there for a week, plus it takes forever. I prefer cooking my proteins and carbs in bulk for about 3 days worth of meals and putting my meals together the night prior. I typically do this on Sunday’s and Wednesday’s! This prevents unplanned meals when starving! - 🔻Keep it simple! Your workouts don’t have to all be 1 hour or so long! If all you have Time to do for that a is a quick HIIT workout fit that in and just make sure you have nutrition on loc o down! You don’t have to spend all day everyday sweating away your lbs! If it’s not realist it won’t be attainable so keep it’s doable, simple, and stick to it. This will payoff off way more than going balls to the wall for just a week or two, getting fed up, quitting, and getting discouraged! - - Hope this helps! Had a great Saturday workout 😊 so I actually lost 20 lbs when I was at basic training (water weight and fat, because it was hot as balls and I was always sweating) and my body fat percentage was super low too.
