:::SWIPE::: So yesterday I had to do my second workout of the day at home because the gyms were closed due to the weather. I have a huge Precor machine, but I hate using it. My trainer was kind enough 😂 to send me a workout. His first suggestion was a dance battle with my daughter, but I didn’t want to be forced to comfort her when she lost to her mama 🏆 I learned that at home workouts aren’t for me. I wore half of my pjs (an old 2x Soldierfit shirt), couldn’t remember the list of exercises @coach_jmo sent me, which meant I added some of my own, and I couldn’t stay focused. I did this 5 times and finished with alternating 30 second planks and 30 seconds of mountain climbers for 6 rounds. I still managed to burn about 540 calories, but I was so bored and not really happy with the quality of my work. It’s better than sitting on the coach, so I celebrate that! And probably should’ve just done the dance battle.
