Upper chest and shoulder burner 🔥🔥 • The pecs are a fan shaped muscle and the upper part is called the clavicular region. Having a declined angle on a push up puts more weight and emphasis on this part of the chest and the more dramatic the angle, the greater the pressure. Vorfreude ist ja bekanntlich die schönste Freude, denn bis ich ins Gym komme, ist der Tag so gut wie um; bin nämlich erstmal für die nächsten Stunden am Schreibtisch gefesselt 🤦🏽‍♀️. Weiterbilden & dazulernen 📖 finde ich persönlich ja super, aber dieses Gezwungene, dieses am Schreibtischgehocke bis der Poschi wehtut, für mich die reinste Folter. Muss mich echt jedes Mal überwinden, mich auf den Allerwertesten zu pflanzen. “My arms look fat” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I got pictures taken of me and I suddenly felt extremely uncomfortable in my body after looking at the pictures. ⬅️PLEASE SWIPE➡️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My arms that I always considered as “Gainz” I now find ugly and too big. 🤨 Probably I just need to tell myself that this picture, dress, angle and posing is just unflattering but I still can’t stop thinking that my arms looked better before I started working out. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sad or good thing: I love working out my upper body! I feel so freaking badass when I bench press, do dips, pull ups and shoulder press. When wearing workout clothes I feel super comfortable in my body. But in this super feminine dress, I didn’t. 🤷🏻‍♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But I still don’t want to change anything about my workout because I’m enjoying it so much. I realized that I don’t workout to look certain ways anymore. Otherwise I would have ditched upper body days already. ☺️ Just gotta learn to love myself! Cosas que hago por mi todas las mañanas ✅despertar y sonreír ( esto es la manera que tengo de dar las gracias por mas un día, hay veces que hay que de esforzarse para que esto suceda ) ✅ meditar ( nada que ver con religión y si con parar unos minutos y mantener la mente tranquila , ya puede ser una meditación guiada para empezar el día , ya puede ser unas afirmaciones positivas , tus reglas son tuyas , ok 👌) ✅ducha 😱 sí jajaja, duchar a las mañanas con agua fresquita te ayuda s dar un up de energía ✅música 🎼🎼🎼🎼 elige tus canciones favoritas , aquellas que tú sientas que eres un popstar jajaja ✅desayunar con tranquilidad nos ayuda a mejorar nuestra relación con la comida , elige comida que te energía , tu cuerpo te guiará , si comes algo y tienes ganas de descansar, tendrás que ir pensando en comidas más saludables ✅muévete , hemos nacido para movernos , haz ejercicio que te guste , endorfina es vida ! ✅disfrutar al máximo sin agobiarse ( esto se aprende poco a poco, estoy aprendiendo a cada día ) Feliz dia ! 🆗gear up guys: 1️⃣This exercises are for the back: to target the full back and lats do the dumbbells deadlifts as this will explode your muscle and contract the scapula in the back also. Push back on the bells and feel the back contract within each other. •3/4 sets of 10 to 12 reps and bring down weight as low as possible. 2️⃣. Second exercise is the kneeling on the bench with dumbbells and pull the weights up to your sides and feel the Lats contract. •3/4 sets of 10 to 12 reps now let’s get it.!.🆒🎦

So be sure to get a stroller near you, oh and also that baby crib.. can’t sleep without one 😉! • • Let’s get it strolling along to the gym, nothing to see here 👀. That stroller was worth 200 bucks btw, gosh the economy is making my money vanish faster than thin air!!
