I tend to go through phases of motivation. I will go a couple weeks feeling like a beast in the gym, then the next week all I want to do is chill with my doggos and eat cookies. But the one thing that never changes is the feeling I get after a workout. I can feel like the laziest blob, but when I move my body the endorphins kick in and I’m ready to take on the world! This is part of what keeps me going!! .
I LOVE the confidence that working out gives me. Fitness is about SO much more than how you look. It truly changes you from the inside out, and the order is important there! .
