12 Days Of Christmas Challenge: DAY 6 • • Exercise 1 - Slide to the back 1. Keep your back flat, don’t arch up or down by pulling the tummy in towards the spine 2. Keep your knees slightly off the floor as you slide back 3. If it’s too challenging to keep both knees hovering off the floor, keep one knee down on the floor. Slide one leg back and step it in instead of jumping in. 4. Work up to 60 seconds or 30 seconds on each leg, if your working one leg at a time💪🏼😊 ______________________ Exercise 2 - Blast off with leg extension 1.
