How I got abs by @muscularaesthetic ⠀ .⠀ ⠀ It’s amazing how often people ask me if all I eat is chicken and broccoli. I’ll usually just smile and I won’t bother getting into it with them. I do eat chicken and broccoli. I also eat a bunch of other foods including waffles and ice cream.⠀ ⠀ -⠀ ⠀ You don’t need to starve yourself to get abs. You don’t even need to deprive yourself of your favorite foods. Of course getting lean will take a certain level of sacrifice. You probably can’t eat your favorite high calorie foods every single day. But, you also don’t need to cut them out for the rest of your life either. Like with most things in life, moderation is key. If you want to have abs, your goal should be to do it in a sustainable way. 💥BEST TIME OF DAY TO TRAIN💥 • People have often asked me, “When is the best time of the day to workout?”. To which I annoyingly respond, “It depends.” • Like so many other aspects of fitness, the best time of day to train will be individualized. • Have regular late meetings at work? You should probably come in the morning. • Are you a total night owl who absolutely dreads waking up in the morning? Maybe don’t schedule that 6:00 a.m. session. • Mornings and evenings busy with dropping off/picking up kids from school?
