Unequivocally, the best chest builder is the incline press, especially dumbbell. In my experience the traditional flat barbell press places unnecessary strain in my shoulders when unracking the weight and it leaves you vulnerable to ego lifts. Everyone always wants to know “how much you bench?” I’m not interested in having a high bench press, I’m more focused on building a well rounded aesthetic chest. ⠀⠀
The incline dumbbell press targets that upper pec muscle and that is seen when you wear a tank top. It helps distinguish your upper pec from your clavicle. Try it out!⠀⠀
