Welcome to my new bi’ness page! As my previous page was, let’s face it, just baby pics (🤗 🙄)I’ve decided to dedicate this page purely to all things fitness & food, to document my own fitness mission as I try my best to get back into this fitness lark and comfortably into my pre pregs jeans 😬🤣 And of course to motivate you delicious people in the process. I’m not ashamed to say for the past 8months, the first of my babies life, I’ve been getting a handle on motherhood which has been harder than I ever could have imagined but also the best time of my life. 💗
Needless to say my priority hasn’t been what I look like but I’ve focused on baby with a sprinkling of exercise but for my recovery rather than losing baby weight.
I’ve been eating like an unsupervised chocolate addicted child at the local Odeon and though I’ve loved it 😊 I’ve also been feeling like crap with the sugar coursing through my veins but whatever you’ve got to do to get through the sleeplessness has been my motto.
However now, like so many when the New Year comes, I’m fully motivated and ready to get fit and look after myself properly. The only problem being that I bloody love food (hence the name)dirty food, burgers, chocolate, bread AKA the good stuff are my faves so eating healthily is a struggle.
Weird admission for a personal trainer no? But it’s true (I’m a big fan of honesty and reality) 👍🏼 So I’ll be sharing my struggles, wins and tips as I get fitter and start to tone up the wobbly bits.
